Scott D. Ittersagen

Mr. Ittersagen received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida College of Law in Gainesville, Florida in 1978. He received a Bachelor of Science degree, also from the University of Florida in 1975, with a major in Finance. He was a member of the University of Florida Golf Team that won the NCAA National Championship in 1973.

Mr. Ittersagen has considerable experience in real property transactions and title insurance, and probate and trust administration. He has served in his community in the Kiwanis Club and as an officer of the Englewood Basketball Foundation, Inc. for many years and as a coach in youth sports.

Mr. Ittersagen is admitted to the Florida Bar and has been a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Section of the Florida Bar, the Sarasota  (Venice/Englewood Section) and the Charlotte County Bar Association, and the Charlotte County Estate Planning Council.

Mr. Ittersagen actively supports numerous charitable organizations in the area and participates in a variety of fund raising events. He has been named a Super Lawyer multiple times, was Florida Trend Legal Elite in 2016 and was nominated in 2017 for the Lawyers of Distinction.
