An Attorney can prepare your Vacant Land, Single Family Home or Condominium purchase and sale contract for you at a discounted price of $400.00 if your plan is to have our law firm close the contract for you and ensure you obtain good title to the property.  The closing process with our law firm will include an attorney reviewed title search together with all the necessary steps and services to ensure that title is transferred to you properly without any liens or encumbrances.  Essentially, the attorneys ensure that you receive clear title at closing for a low, flat Closing Services fee of $395.00 for a cash closing.  In this manner, if you also take advantage of the discounted contract preparation, you can have attorneys prepare the contract to purchase your home, ensure title to the home is searched and clear of liens and encumbrances, properly prepare all of the purchase and sale documents, and pay $0 in attorney's fees, only the normal fees of any closing, and the $395.00 Cash Closing Services Fee which is less than nearly every other title company and certainly law firm in the area.  Why would anyone choose not to have an attorney handled closing in this scenario?;

Once you close your purchase with our law firm and move to FL, included in our services package is a free consultation with a very experienced and respected Florida Licensed Estate Planning Attorney that will provide to you, if you so desire, a free consultation on either setting up a new trust, will, durable power of attorney, power of attorney for health, and similar estate planning documentation that may be right for you and your family; and/or do an initial review of your existing estate planning documents that may need to be updated either due to their age, or perhaps they need to be reviewed and amended to comply with FL law if they were prepared in another state.
